July 14th 2014

South Hill Park Arts Centre’s ‘Festival of Folk 2014′ has just gone on sale – click here. The one-day event on Sunday 21 September is a celebration of the best in folk, roots and acoustic music. The theatre show this year will be headlined by the iconic Show of Hands, alongside an afternoon session headed up by BBC Folk Award nominees Gilmore and Roberts. Support for SoH comes from young singer songwriter Aimée who, alongside her siblings Freya and Ross, wowed the audience at the recent SOH Abbotsbury concert.

There will also be a full programme of live music out on the terrace and on a stage in the mansion house – which is completely free of charge. This is complimented by a real ale bar, BBQ, stalls, morris dancing displays and some bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained!
